Manager – Safety
Responsible for overall operations and management of Safety department, monitoring OHS compliance, promoting awareness.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Safety Department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with both standard and regulatory requirements as relevant.
Maintain the project schedule and safety standards to meet the customer requirements.
Investigate accidents effectively and determine root cause analysis.
Oversee department manpower, equipment and various other resource requirements and ensure optimum use of the same by ensuring cost control is exercised throughout the year.

Sr. Foreman – Rope Access
Supervise day-to-day operations assigned for rope access team to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Identify & liaise all jobs Onboard with the project manager, ship superintendent and trade representative.
Be conversant with relevant work techniques and legislation.
To ensure that the jobs are performed safely.
Manpower estimation to be done based on the job scope and develop completion program.
