Marine Sale Executive
Monitor local bunker market and conduct market analysis through information sharing with counterparties.
Increase and diversify customer base and counterparties.
Maintain good working relationship with existing customers to increase sales volume.
Ensure daily sales volume is in line with daily operational flow and complies with company’s credit and risk policy.
Manage credit by working closely with Risk, Treasury and Settlement.
Adhere to QMBS MR to ensure a proper compliance in bunker deliveries.
Treasury Executive
Handle daily cash management function, monitor cash flow movements, ensure accurate and timely funding allocation.
Handle daily FX forecast, trading and position monitoring, as well as the documentation of the FX.
Liaise with banks for trade transactions on LC/SBLC/BG issuance, inward/outward remittance, trade finance and etc.
Administer the Group’s bank accounts, including bank accounts opening and maintenance of bank accounts.
Prepare treasury management reports and reconciliation.
Assist in other ad-hoc treasury related matters.
Accounts Officer (1.5 Years Contract)
Input operational and administrative expenses into SAP daily.
Record payment and receipt into SAP daily.
Prepare OPEX payment.
Perform bank reconciliation monthly.
Maintain and file all records and supporting documents.
Any others duties as assigned.
Credit Risk Executive
Conduct due diligence of counterparties during registration.
Review, analyse and evaluate new and existing customer’s financial position, business track record, external factors and credit rating to determine the customers’ credit worthiness and make credit limit and term recommendations.
Monitor credit risk exposure and ensure customers’ accounts stay within approved credit limits.
Operations Executive,LNG
Coordinate with sellers, buyers, chartering team, finance, surveyors and vessel agents to optimize LNG loading and/or unloading and ensure all necessary operational information is communicated effectively.
Manage vessel vetting/nomination, send voyage orders and monitor all ship operational matters (e.g. laycan declaration, loadport/disport clearance, obtain and vet stowage plan, discharging order, letter of indemnity issuance, etc)
Market Risk Executive
Analyze the market and circulate news updates to the trading teams.
Monitor daily position and profit and loss (P&L) against trading limits.
Generate daily Mark-to-Market (MTM) reports for trading teams.
Ensure daily hedging plan is in place.

Operations Technician (Pulau Sebarok)
Oversee berthing and unberthing of vessels at jetties and ensure that vessels are properly secured to the jetties.
Oversee connection and disconnection of marine loading arms and ensure that the marine arms are properly connected before commencement of product transfer.
Perform vessel cargo tank ullaging, measure temperature and sampling and prepare ullage reports.
Conduct safety/operations meeting with vessel representative prior to the commencement of loading/discharge operation and monitor for leak and spillage during loading/discharge.
Trainee Technician (Juraong)
Process orders from retail stations and customers. Schedule tank trucks for loading and delivery to fulfil the orders received.
Check and sort out Delivery Receipts, and ensure that they are duly signed and stamped by our customers for the goods received.
Schedule tank trucks to/from the refinery to replenish the Terminal storage tanks and process document for products lifted from the refinery by trucks.
Perform daily inventory opening/closing, print daily transaction reports and ensure that all product movements are accounted for.
Accounts Executives
Handle daily accounts payable functions such as vendors’ invoices and payment processing.
Ensure all invoices and staff claims are processed according to company accounting policies and procedures.
Prepare and post accruals and prepayment journal entries.
Prepare monthly schedules, creditors and intercompany reconciliations.
Electrician (Pulau Sebarok)
Oversee contractors in compliance with HSE regulations.
Perform Authorized Permit To Work System requirement.
Execute day-to-day maintenance activities including equipment and control system reliability, and update the maintenance record.
Conduct regular safety meetings.
