TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE SR.
Control: Update, Control and distribution of Quality System documentation
System documentation amendment in consultation with all stakeholders and its distribution.
Ensure the integrity of Company Procedures at all times.
Maintaining all QA documentation up to date, including those in the Company intranet.
Compilation of reports for progress analysis and presentations.

TUG ENGINEER
1. To continually monitor and supervise day to day operation of all machinery in tugs in an efficient manner.
2. To report fleet engineer /in charge about faults or other problems which may occur during tug operation thereby avoiding wastage in cost and resources.
3. To perform regular major and minor maintenance/repair activities on tugs for maintenance purposes and service delivery.

INSPECTOR – SAFETY
Responsible for effective implementation of OH&S policies and procedures, monitoring OH&S compliance and promoting awareness in the yard and on their assigned projects.
Manage the day-to-day OH&S aspects of the project and to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and complied.
Conduct Safety as planned, timely and accurately. Monitor gas inspections are conducted as required.
Effective Implementation of Permit to Work system on the project.

SUPERVISOR -“ HEAVY LIFT
Provide Technical support during the initial stage of discussions on Heavy Lifts.
Maintaining the Floating -Crane in operational conditions with the assistance of Crew and yard facilities.
Over-all in-charge of the Floating crane including all associated equipment
Assist the Rail-Cranes, rigging supervision to achieve better performance with Heavy Lifts.

Technician – Rewinding
Perform rewinding, repair of electric motor/ generator in accordance with repair process and given instructions to required quality and safety.
Read and prepare winding diagrams.
Collect winding data and record on winding data sheet.

Planning, maintaining and continually improving DDWD environmental aspect & impact forms (THEV-130 & Form 571) & checking & releasing environmental aspect forms received from DDWD departments
Reviewing, evaluating and maintaining environment legal legislations (THEV-125 & Corporate Intranet)
Developing and communicating monthly environmental update for DDWD board meetings

TECHNICIAN – HYDRAULIC
Troubleshoot hydraulic equipment’s, overhaul and test critical hydraulic components. Able to plan hydraulic pressure testing or flushing of pipe lines.
Troubleshoot marine hydraulic systems such as crane, winches, steering systems, cargo / ballast valve hydraulic systems, Industrial hydraulic systems like crushers, mobile equipment like Cherri Pickers, Straddle Carriers etc.
Overhaul hydraulic equipment like pumps, motors, hydraulic jacks, control valves etc. and conduct necessary testing.
Lead removal and refitting teams of hydraulic equipment on board the ships
